Geradette E. Dyche, President and founding partner. Geri shares responsibilities with Mark for company vision, corporate sales & marketing strategies, customer presentations of technology, project analysis and proposals as well as some SQL development, database development, Microsoft Office automation, installation programs, and some programming projects. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations; including customer service, accounting & finance responsibilities, proposal and contract preparation, and help files. Geri has over 22 years of business workflow automation solutions.
Mark A. Maendele, Secretary/Treasurer, CIO/CTO and founding partner. Mark shares responsibilities with Geri for company vision, corporate sales & marketing strategies, customer presentations of technology, project analysis and proposals, SQL development, database development, Microsoft Office automation, installation programs. He is responsible for project management, all technical staff and technology issues, technology architecture, programming and development projects, and serves as guardian of all technical assets of the company. Mark's background includes 20+ years of systems design and development experience with corporate and governmental entities.
Michael L. Scott, Director of Research & Development. Michael is responsible for development of new technologies in many different languages as may be required; web site development, systems architecture & design, design and development of program components and program applications, SQL development, database development, Microsoft Office automation, installation programs. Michael has over 10+ years experience in technologies like .Net, Java, COM, ATL DLLs, ActiveX, TCP/IP, XML, Compression, Encryption, Pocket PC, Palm, Wireless handheld devices include Smartphones and automation of server-to-server communications. He is also responsible for management and administration of all network systems.
